Delay in updating tickets

We are currently facing issues with our internal tools due to which there is a direct impact on resolution.

There will be a slight delay in updating tickets.

Once the issue with our internal tools is resolved and things get back to normal, we will get the tickets checked and updated.

We highly regret the inconvenience caused.
